Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the site and before placing an order. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them.

This site is owned and operated by Fragrance and Glamour (‘We’) are a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 11163986. ORDERING FROM US

The prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.

All prices are in UK Pounds sterling.

All prices and offers are subject to change without a notice.

Selected prices and discount offers/bundle offers are available only on the online shop not on the retail shop.

Selected promotional prices, bundle offers, seasonal offers, or discounts applied through a specific code at checkout (e.g., BUYNOW12) are valid only on designated products and fragrances. Certain items are excluded from all promotions. For example, No820 perfume in 50ml and 5ml sizes is not included in any offers or discount codes.

All product prices, promotional prices, seasonal offers, or discounts applied through a specific code at checkout (e.g., BUYNOW12) are available exclusively in the online shop and do not apply in the retail shop.

All of the website photos are used for illustration purposes only. All online orders will receive black design bottles.

Any 2ml or 5ml perfume samples are not part of any offer.

Our customer service working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. All communication and responses will be handled during these times.

Due to a high volume of enquiries, all emails will be answered in the order they are received, as promptly as possible.

Please note the following details regarding our perfume packaging:

  • Our 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml perfumes are supplied in spray glass bottles. 

  • Our 5ml perfumes are provided in plastic spray bottles.

  • Each perfume comes in its own individual box, which is not sealed or cellophane-wrapped.

We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because any of the information you provided to us is incorrect. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we have the right to cancel the order. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide via the order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

If it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will advise you by email, offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock held, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from held stock or to cancel your order.

Goods supplied are not for resale.

DELIVERING TO YOU

Due to the nature of our product, your order may have to be split into two or more parcels and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

All delivery charges are set out under the Delivery paragraph below and on the Delivery & Returns section on our website, please read both Delivery paragraph below and the Delivery & Returns policy page carefully before you order.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered, at that point, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

If you have received a faulty item or the wrong perfume by mistake you have 28 days to get a refund or a replacement.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 15 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at fragranceandglamour@hotmail.com of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be:
to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the ‘cooling off period’ of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order as a result of inadvertently placing it in error, please be advised that you may be subject to refund charges. These charges are incurred due to administrative/banking fees and expenses already expended on processing your order. Please be advised that communication regarding order cancellations is handled during our working hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

If an order is placed in error and you wish to cancel it, please note that orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Once processed, the order will be dispatched to the address provided at the time of order placement. While we will endeavour to accommodate requests for address changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee that an order will be redirected to an updated address or successfully cancelled due to the immediate processing of orders upon receipt.

In the event of a cancellation after the order has been processed and shipped, we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned product. A £5 fee will be deducted to cover packaging and postage costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under a duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at Fragrance and Glamour, 127 The Royal Arcade, Lord Street, Southport, PR8 1PU, UK at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective in which case we will refund you the cost of returning the item via Royal Mail second class recorded delivery), as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage. In the unlikely event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from your delivery company – so we recommend sending the package using Recorded delivery.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as we receive the returned goods and within 30 days of your cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
we do not deliver to your area; or
one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

If a customer wishes to resend an order that has been returned and exchange the products for different ones because the original order did not meet their expectations, Fragrance & Glamour will apply a delivery charge of £5 for UK Mainland and £5.99 for Northern Ireland, Highlands, Scotland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands for the second shipment — even if the new order exceeds £45. Please note that the free shipping on orders over £45 applies only to the first shipment.

If the product did not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please note that the cost of returning the item to us is non-refundable. Ensure that your order number is clearly marked on the back of the package you are returning

Buy One Get One Free Promotion

This promotion applies to selected fragrances and specific sizes only and is available for a limited time, while stocks last. The free item will be of equal or lower value to the purchased item. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or voucher codes unless stated otherwise. The promotion is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

 

The 3x100ml for £75, 5x50ml for £90, 3x5ml for £10 and the 3x50ml for £59, Buy 1 get 1 for Free, Reed Diffusers 3 for £25.99 offers are available exclusively through the designated offer page and cannot be applied from individual product pages. If three 100ml fragrances or five 50ml fragrances are added manually outside of the bundle page, standard pricing will apply, resulting in a higher total. In this case, any price difference will not be refunded if you choose to apply the bundle offer after placing your order. 

Offers on all bundle pages include only the products that are available within each specific bundle page. When we mention “any” in the bundle pages, it means any product listed on that specific page only. For example: No820 perfume, 50ml and 5ml are not part of any bundle page offers, so they are not included.

Refunds for the 3x100ml £75, 5x50ml £90, 3x5ml for £10 and 3x50ml for £59, Buy 1 Get 1 for Free, Reed Diffusers 3 for £25.99 bundle offers are available only if all items in the bundle are returned to our premises in their original condition.

Please note that if you purchase products at a discounted price (e.g., buy 4 for X price outside the Bundle Pages!) but decide to keep only one or two items and return the rest, the items you keep will be charged at their original full price, rather than the discounted bundle price. Additionally, returns for one or more products do not apply to products purchased from our Bundle Pages.

DELIVERY

Presently Fragrance and Glamour ONLY ship to the UK – any orders placed outside England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Island will be subject to a refund charge.

We ship all orders through:

  • Royal Mail standard – EVRI - 2-4 working days (orders over £45)
  • Royal Mail tracked 48 – EVRI
  • 48 service DPD.

Royal Mail 48 express shipping, EVRI service and DPD will keep you up to date via email.

All orders placed after 13:00 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Due to the nature of our product and current postal restrictions your order may have to be split into two or more parcels.

These prices are fixed regardless of how much you order, which means shipping two or three bottles costs the same as shipping one bottle.

For Royal Mail UK standard and EVRI deliveries your order should arrive within 2 – 3 working days, although we ask that you allow 15 days for delivery. Royal Mail, EVRI and DPD stipulates a waiting period of 15 working days from the day the parcel was dispatched before considering it lost or missing. It is important to note that Fragrance and Glamour and Royal Mail, EVRI and DPD does not process refunds before the completion of this waiting period. If your order does not arrive within 15 working days in the event of a lost/wrongfully delivered parcel, we will only be able resend the order. Please allow 15 days for delivery before contacting customer services via our contact form.

If your order has not been received within 15 days, we encourage you to check in and contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Regrettably, after the 30-day period, we are unable to resend the order.

If we have tried to deliver your parcel and you will reject/refused to receive the order, it will be return to our premises so if you would like it to be redelivered there will be an extra Postage charge applied of £5, if you wanted a refund instead of resending we will need to cancel out £5 for packaging and postage charges and refund the remaining amount.

  • Delivery Terms and Responsibility

For all orders shipped via DPD and EVRI, and Royal Mail customers have the option to change the delivery date and time using the tracking information provided. This allows you to reschedule delivery to a time when you will be available to receive your parcel.

If no changes are made to the delivery schedule, it is assumed that you will be available at the delivery time specified by the courier. In the event that no one is home, the courier may leave the parcel at your door or in a designated safe place.

Please note that once the parcel is marked as "delivered" by the courier, Fragrance and Glamour cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing parcels. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available for delivery or to reschedule as needed using the tracking options provided.

We recommend checking the tracking details regularly and making use of the rescheduling options to avoid any delivery issues.

*Please note that in the event of Royal Mail Strikes/Non-working times, National Bank Holidays and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot refund any orders that have already been despatched/ordered, until they arrive with you.

We are sorry but we are unable to accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.

Failed delivery

  • Incorrect Details or Failed Delivery:

If an order is placed with incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the parcel is not received and subsequently returned to our facility as a result of these details, a fee of £10 will be applied. This fee is intended to cover the additional delivery and packaging costs incurred. Should the customer request a refund, this amount will be deducted from the total refund.

    • Lost Order Due to Incorrect Address:

    If an order is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is not returned to our premises, the customer will be required to cover the full price of the original order.

    • Redelivery Process:

    Should a customer wish to receive the order again due to the missing/lost order, the full price of the products plus shipping and packing cost must be paid to facilitate the redelivery process.

    • Refund Process:

    In the event that an order arrives at our premises and the customer opts for a refund, a processing fee will be applied. This fee includes £10 to cover packaging and shipping costs, with the remaining balance promptly refunded to the customer’s account.

    Once your item has been returned, and we find everything is as expected (whether the item is faulty or sent back to us as part of the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee), we will credit the full purchase price of the product back to the card you used to make the purchase. The shipping cost you paid to receive the product will not be refunded. If the item is faulty, we will also credit the cost of returning the product to us by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery.

    Fragrance and Glamour will not refund or accept returns, in any case, any 2ml or 5ml perfume samples. Any 2ml or 5ml perfume samples are not part of any offer

    If you have any further questions that have not been answered here then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    If an item has been sent back as (faulty/damaged/incorrect by us) we will check it thoroughly and refund back the postal money you have incurred by sending it back to us, including offering a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you the buyer. However if the item was found to be not (faulty/damaged/incorrect by us) or you have changed your mind will not cover the cost of sending it back to us. In certain circumstances, a small fee may be charged of an amount sufficient to cover actual losses that directly result from your cancellation, if a service has been provided or we’ve sourced your item for you.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    If you return an item from an order initially totaling over £45, which qualified for free delivery, and the return reduces the total order value below £45, the standard delivery charge will be applied. In this case, Fragrance and Glamour will deduct the delivery cost from the refund amount issued for the returned item.

    Faulty Goods

    All Fragrance and Glamour products go through a rigorous quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore it’s very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this happens we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified. The cost of returning the product by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery will be refunded. Simply contact us within 72 hours of the item being received by using our contact form with ‘Faulty’ in the subject line and include details about the fault. Please include your order number in the email. Once you have emailed us, send back the item to the address below. Please mark your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.

    Fragrance and Glamour does not offer refunds or replacements for faulty products, including sprayers or any other product-related issues, after a period of 30 days from the date the order is received.

    Please check deliveries and the products received as soon as it arrives as any problems need to be reported within 72 hours of the item being received. Additionally, please note that any faulty product reported after 72 hours of receipt is not eligible for a refund or replacement. All items can be returned at the customer’s cost within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping costs are not refunded. Orders returned after this date or in a different condition to how the item was sent are subject to restocking fees.

    Important Information Regarding Fragrance Use

    To ensure the longevity and quality of your garments, we strongly advise against applying perfume directly to clothing.  Certain perfume formulations may leave stains or discolorations on fabrics.  Our perfumes are designed for external use only and should ideally be applied to the skin from a distance of approximately 25cm (10 inches).  This application method helps to prevent potential staining and allows the fragrance to develop properly.


    NOTICES

    All notices you send us must be sent to fragranceandglamour@hotmail.com We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.

    LAW

    These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

    If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

    We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it, except where we have re-published and credited content belonging to other people.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

    You may print off one copy and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.

    Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.

    You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

    If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

    ACCURACY OF CONTENT

    We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

    VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

    You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

    By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

    We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
