Refund policy

Shipping Locations: Fragrance and Glamour currently ships only to the UK. Orders outside England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland will be subject to a refund charge.

Shipping Methods:

  • Royal Mail standard (Amazon Shipping 2-4 working days for orders over £45)
  • Royal Mail tracked 48 (Amazon Shipping service)
  • DPD 48 service
  • Royal Mail express shipping via Amazon Shipping and DPD, with email updates provided.

Dispatch Times: Orders placed after 13:00 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Due to product nature, orders may be split into multiple parcels.

Shipping Costs: Fixed prices apply regardless of order quantity. Shipping two or three bottles costs the same as one bottle.

Delivery Times:

  • Royal Mail UK standard & Amazon Shipping: 2 – 3 working days (allow up to 15 days)
  • Royal Mail tracked 48 & DPD: 15 working days from dispatch before considering lost/missing.

Failed Delivery:

  • Incorrect Details or Failed Delivery: £10 fee for return.
  • Return to Facility: £10 fee after 18 working days at depot.
  • Lost Order Due to Incorrect Address: Customer covers full original order price.
  • Redelivery: £5 extra charge for resending.

Refunds for Failed Delivery: Refund minus £10 for packaging and shipping if order is not received due to failed delivery.

Lost Orders: If not claimed within 18 days, order returned to Fragrance and Glamour. For redelivery, full price plus shipping and packing costs must be paid.

Duplicate Orders: Promptly contact Customer Service for cancellation. Any extra fees will be communicated and reflected in the refund process.

Returns / Changed Your Mind - 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

Return Period: 14 days from delivery date.

Refund for Changed Mind: £5.00 for extra delivery costs if exchanging item.

Refund Conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 14 days.
  • Delivery cost non-refundable.
  • Cost of returning product not refunded.
  • Customer responsible for return and exchange shipping expenses.

Failed Delivery Charges:

  • Extra Postage Charge: £5 for redelivery.
  • Refund instead of resending: £5 deduction for packaging and postage.

Returning Items: Email "fragranceandglamour@hotmail.com" with subject "I’ve changed my mind." Include order number. Return to:

Faulty Goods:

  • Notify within 72 hours of receipt with 'Faulty' in subject line.
  • Return faulty item with Royal Mail second class recorded delivery.
  • Refund or exchange offered once fault is verified.

Refund for Faulty Goods: Full purchase price credited back. Shipping cost not refunded.

Signatures Recommended: For returning goods, obtain proof of postage.

Refunds Process:

  • Refunds credited to original payment method.
  • Shipping costs not refunded.
  • Cost of returning faulty item via Royal Mail second class recorded delivery refunded.
